TURKEY MEATBALLS

TURKEY MEATBALLS
- 1 serving of wheat crackers, finely crushed
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg yolk (healthy fat)
- 1 serving of ground turkey

Mix together and form into about 4 1" round balls.  Cook in oven on 400 for 30 mins or until cooked through.

Serve alongside your favorite veggie and once again, a complete meal!!
